Mark assumes the role of CEO of ART Group having demonstrated market leading performance over two decades in the tower industry supporting tier-1 clients both domestically and internationally.

Mark is the immediate past CEO of a leading independent tower rigging and field services.

Mark has worked across Asia Pacific in a variety of leadership roles leading large-scale tower deployments and was a foundational executive supporting the Stilmark tower delivery program across Australia – at the time one of the largest ever independent tower build programs in Australia.

Aaron brings a strong background in financial management with experience in leading finance departments within the infrastructure industry. With a deep understanding of financial principles, he is accomplished in managing complex financial operations and strategic planning. 

As a qualified CPA, Aaron’s extensive knowledge of financial systems and controls within this sector has been pivotal in driving the financial stability and growth of the organisations he has served.  

Ben has over 18 years’ experience in construction, rigging, and infrastructure. Before joining ART, he held senior roles at Highforce, leading complex projects across Queensland. With diplomas in Leadership & Management and Building & Construction, he now drives operations at ART, focusing on safe, efficient project delivery in Australia’s renewable energy sector.

Nathan is an experienced sales professional with over 13 years in FinTech, SaaS, and financial services. He has a proven track record of exceeding targets, building strong client relationships, and leading high-performing teams.

Passionate and results-oriented, Nathan combines strong problem-solving skills with a people-first approach, ensuring lasting client relationships and sustainable growth.

Michael is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience across telecommunications and renewable energy infrastructure. He has delivered high-risk, large-scale projects nationwide and developed managed service divisions supporting critical assets such as met masts, lidars, and lattice towers.

At ART, Michael leads the Managed Services division, focusing on maximising asset uptime, ensuring safety, and delivering operational excellence through innovative service models that support Australia’s renewable energy transition.
