Wind Asset Management Solution

How long is a standard WAMS service agreement?

2 years. If you require a different agreement term, speak to the ART team.

What are the baseline prices per product?
WAMS price table

Prices included in the table. Mobilisation is priced per site, also note that volume discounting is available.

Is there flexibility on payment terms?

Yes, our subscription based packages are based on monthly payments as standard, however we can tailor an arrangement to suit your company's individual requirements.

Can you split payments across different projects?

Yes, ART can supply separate invoices to the correct project as outlined by the client.

How does ART develop pricing for our specific service needs?

• A portfolio review of your ART built masts will be completed, outlining all routine maintenance requirements for the next two years.

• ART will work with you to tailor a WAMS package to cover your portfolio of assets.

• A formal proposal and service agreement will then be submitted for you to review and approve.

How do we sign up to an ART WAMS service package?

ART will provide a formal proposal including a service agreement ready for signing. We are also able to work with customers to integrate the service under an existing Framework or Master Services Agreement.

With WAMS what additional benefits do I receive beyond the normal services ART supplies?

• WAMS customers receive a calendar of all upcoming works across their assets, to assist with planning and oversight.

• WAMS customers receive priority for technical support and boots on the ground faster.

Can we add on additional WAMS packages/services to our initial package?

Yes, our packages are flexible and able to be tailored to suit your individual needs.

We would like to sign up for the Sensors package but without WindPulse, is this possible?

Yes you can sign up for the Sensors package without the inclusion of WindPulse, the Sensors package will be reduced by $200.

Do ART notify me of the need for a sensor replacement?

Yes, with the Sensors package ART will notify you of sensor faults and coordinate resolution approach with your approval.

If we are thinking of signing up for the Sensors package but don't need/want WindPulse, how is the 4-week to site turnaround timeline initiated?

Without WindPulse you will need to inform ART of the fault. Once ART have acknowledged receipt of your communication notifying us of the sensor fault and request to resolve it, the 4-week turnaround timeline is then initiated.

Is the reduced mobilisation rate available with both the Sensors and Structures packages?

The reduced mobilisation rate is provided with the Structures and Comprehensive packages only. Pricing based on a two-person crew mobilised to the base of the mast.

Does the WAMS lowered mobilisation rate also apply for any lidar/sodar/SMS works at the same site?

Yes it does. One of the major benefits of WAMS is that for any other servicing requirements, you will benefit from the lower mobilisation rate.

Can ART monitor RSDs under WAMS?

Monitoring of RSDs is not presently available, as our initial focus is on met masts. However, support for RSDs is included in our product development road map and is planned for future release.

Can ART maintain non-ART structures in a WAMS package?

Yes, we can service third party masts. ART will first undertake a prequalification assessment and confirm the mast is safe for our team to climb.

What happens if we have a sensor fault but only have the Structures package?

Customers who have the Structures package will benefit from having the lower mobilisation rate, however availability of sensor stock and team to attend site will be based on current capacity. Customers will need the Sensors package to benefit from the 4-week turnaround and ART available calibrated sensor stock.

How does ART cover the two maintenances required in the first 2 years of a newly installed mast as per your recommended maintenance schedule?

Two inspections and routine maintenances with mobilisations are included in the subscription price provided.

What if within the 2 year agreement period it is decided that we don't need to complete the contracted maintenance on a met mast, and the mast is to be decommissioned?

The balance of payments made towards the maintenance will be credited to the decommission costs.

How is WindPulse different from similar systems provided by external consultants eg. Resource Panorama, K2, etc?

ART's WindPulse is differentiated from other similar systems provided by consultants, because WindPulse primarily focuses on sensor function and ensuring maximum up time. Using WindPulse doesn't limit your ability to access your data or send it to consultants.

Are all supplied sensors calibrated?

Yes, all ART supplied sensors are Measnet or factory calibrated with standard industry factory cals. ART manages stock rotations and ensures sensors are all within their 2-year shelf life specification.
